Northumberland County Show 2027

Outdoor Trade Stands - 6m depth

Grass pitches of 12m depth. (no marquee provided) Please select the length of stand from the sizes below - please contact the office if you require a size not stated. All applications welcome. Once approved we will forward an invoice to you for payment. Trade stands offering food or drink should utilise the 'Catering Application' option. Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions before applying. Traders need be set up by 8am, entry gates will be closed at this time and all vehicles are required to be off site before 8.30am. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site between 8.30am - 6pm. The show is open to the public during these hours and traders are requested to remain stationary until 6pm. The show ensures that activities will be running on the show field until this time. Ensure that you have a relevant Risk Assessment & PLI with your application. If a vehicle is to be kept on the stand, please provide the vehicle registration and display your vehicle hanger on arrival and at all times.
