If a vehicle is to be kept on the stand, please provide the vehicle registration and display your vehicle hanger on arrival and at all times. Cubicles are self-contained 3mx3m small marquees in a row side by side. They are available for any branding purposes and can be set up to suit the trader. One table provided. Multiples can be bought together to open into a larger space - Please contact the office to find out more - traders@northcountyshow.co.uk. Flooring and electric are available on request, please state on your application if needed. Please be aware all traders need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site before 9am. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site before 6pm. Parking is limited behind the row of cubicles.

We have a allocated number of Catering Stand positions. please be aware that these are placed on the show field at the decision of the Show Society. Please be aware all caterers will need to offer a Tender Price for their stand and confirmation of place will be once an invoice is raised, payment will be needed in full. Please ensure you read all Terms & Conditions. Catering pitches need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site before 6pm. Please ensure you have a Risk Assessment with Fire procedures, Menu price list & Food Hygiene rating. All staff will need to have tickets, these are allocated on the size of your stand. Smaller Catering stands = 4 staff tickets, Large Catering stands = 8-10 tickets. Vehicle passes will be provided to be displayed on all vehicles on site. All registrations for vehicles will need to be confirmed prior to show day. Please ensure all rubbish and waste is taken away and not placed in show bins. We promote recycling and are working towards no single use plastics, priority will be given to traders with policies to help the environment.

Indoor Shopping Marquee. Whether you are an established business, independent trader, creative entrepreneur or an emerging brand, the Indoor Shopping Marquee provides an opportunity to showcase your products, build brand awareness and meet potential customers face-to-face. We are looking for an exciting and varied selection of traders, with applications considered on the suitability and appeal of products for our visitors, Gifts, homeware, lifestyle products, fashion, accessories and beauty, technology and innovative products AI-powered products, tools and creative solutions, new and emerging brands Unique, unusual and specialist products All pitches include one or two tables - (please see product description for details). Gates onto the show ground will be closed at 8am to ensure public safety. After this time you will have the ability to park in traders parking. Brand New for 2027 we have a new creative craft marquee. This is a dedicated space celebrating talented makers, artists and creative businesses. The marquee will bring together a carefully selected range of high-quality handmade crafts, artwork, gifts and unique creations, offering visitors the opportunity to discover something special while supporting independent makers. This marquee will be alongside our Indoor Shopping Marquee. All pitches include one or two tables - (please see product description for details). Please bring any seating with you - no chairs provided. Please be aware all traders need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site before 8.30am. There will be parking behind the marquee enabling easy set up. Gates onto the show ground will be closed at 8am to ensure public safety. After this time you will have the ability to park in traders parking. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site from 8.30am - 6pm. Stands can be set up from Friday 22nd May 9am. We have a large Food Marquee that celebrates the exceptional Food and Drink producers we have close to home and further afield. We’re bringing together a vibrant selection of food producers, artisan makers, speciality food businesses, street food traders, bakers, confectioners, drinks producers and independent brands to create a destination where visitors can eat, explore, sample and shop. We welcome applications from businesses offering quality, distinctive and delicious food and drink, from traditional Northern favourites and regional specialities to contemporary creations and exciting new products. The Food Hall is an opportunity to showcase your products, meet new customers, build your brand and be part of a celebration of Northern food and drink. All applications welcome. Creative North is a marquee to display the craft making and skills in the North East. Displaying Traditional Crafts, & demonstrations, local artists and Authors. Limited availability, only 10 stalls available includes 2 x tables.

Trade stand in the Countryside & Forestry Area. This starts at a 6m depth x 4m frontage stand.
